A very friendly atmosphere, staff amazing and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The rooms were very spacious with lovely large windows and natural light. Public transport was close by, a carpark accessible from the hotel and the most amazing restaurant next door, and cafe around the corner. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel when visiting Melbourne CBD. Thank you for a very economical and comfortable stay.

Amazing rooms, lovely decor, plenty of room and a fantastic kitchenette with essentials and more! Great location, easy access to public transport, parks, shops etc. Easy check-in/checkout. Would highly recommend

Amazing hotel, the room was perfect with every convenience needed for a great stay loved the kitchen and had everything to cook and clean, plenty of room to move around great size balcony

It's only two minutes' walk to St Kilda Road and you can take any of the seven trams to the city. Very convenient. The room is very decent in size and the view is nice. The only complaint I have is the ceiling lights are so dim that I couldn't even pack/unpack my luggage in the evening. The bathroom lights are motion triggered and only work when it is dark enough. I had difficulties shaving in the morning. I think it's a design fault.

國內遊客注意:沒有拖鞋，要也沒有，周圍也沒得買。前台服務態度還不錯，交通也算方便。另外出門右轉再右轉有家餐館的eggs Benedict 挺好吃的。

1. 酒店沒有早餐餐廳，非常不方便，外賣也送不上樓，要把客人餓死嗎？ The hotel doesn't have a breakfast restaurant. It's very inconvenient. Food delivery can't be sent to the rooms either. Are they trying to starve the guests? 2. 放在酒店裡的房卡，每天都會有人回收走，然後我們又要去前台辦理一張。 The room cards left in the hotel are taken back every day. Then we have to go to the front desk to get another one. 3. 房間打掃不乾淨，非常敷衍，衹會整理床鋪和衞生間的毛巾，但是桌面上的垃圾一律不清理，住了幾天全是灰塵！而且也不給我們新的飲用水！ The room is not cleaned properly. It's very perfunctory. They only make the bed and tidy the towels in the bathroom, but they never clean the trash on the table. After staying for a few days, there's dust everywhere! What's more, they don't provide us with fresh drinking water! 4. 退房前，酒店的員工敲門説必須在早上 10:30 之前退房，否則會收取費用。但是他們並沒有提前告訴過我們！還説讓我們去看郵箱裡的信件。沒有盡到提醒義務！ Before checking out, the hotel staff knocked on the door and said we had to check out before 10:30 am, otherwise, there would be a charge. But they never informed us in advance! They even told us to check the letter in the mailbox. They failed to fulfill their obligation to remind us! 不會再入住這家酒店，也不推薦給大家！ I won't stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone!

A very friendly atmosphere, staff amazing and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The rooms were very spacious with lovely large windows and natural light.
